My Story from 31 july - 28 August 2018
July 31 first flight I feel a headache, ear pain, tinnitus, want to scream, afraid of height when looking down. However, I learned to use the correct aircraft from the strapping Oxygen And use airbags. When I arrived in Jakarta First, I had to go to Indonesia Immigration Center. I took 4 hours Thailand to Jakarta. Next I had to go to Yogyakarta from Jakarta. I waited until I got timeout in the boarding pass, but airline did not call me. I think it's problem so I asked counter service boarding pass appears wrong that there is a gate change that does not match the bording card. The gateway was originally a waiting flight but not an airplane on the boarding pass the airline carrier was a citilink airline, but the airline on the bording card was a batik airline. This trip made me realize that I must know observation quickly. Jakarta to Yogyakarta about 1 hour and 30 minutes to Yogyakarta. Staff from the university waiting for me. I was very impressed. Then he took me to the feast. And bring me to UMP in 5 hours.
August 1, In the morning, UMP has hosted this meal for us. Then I went to buy needed to stay in the dorm. I was exploring around the UMP and still had a jet lag, so I rested in the dormitory and the UMP had lunch with us. Then the evening my buddy took me by motorbike go to the mall where the mall is not very different from Thailand. The price is quite equal. my buddy treat CFC, which is quite similar to KFC in Thailand traffic in here is quite similar to Thailand, with the same traffic jam. Today I am very happy to get to know Indonesian buddy. They are very kind. When I do not understand, they try to explain to me. I am very impressed with them and I am very thankful for this day.
August 2, this morning, when I wake up, UMP has breakfast in front of my room in dormitory when we finished. I went to introduce myself to my coordinator and people in of head office in UMP or Indonesian name call is "kantor pusat" and I went to explore myself without helper. I'm feel happy to see new places, new stores and new people which never met.UMP has lunch for me I think I like food in today more than in past day because I like food is spicy but most of Indonesian don't like spicy Then my buddy took me to a nearby UMP. I found out that the community had dormitories, trolley which sold Ovantin Cocoa coffee beverage or many Indonesian food Which is quite cheaper than the mall. My buddy has introduced the places near UMP to me. And my roommate bought brownies to me its was delicious. I feel very comfortable to be here.
August 3, In the morning I went to the main office of the UMP for Welcome Officially Ceremony. I am very impressed that the President of UMT and people in here can speak some Thai words. there are many exchange students visiting countries like Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Turkey. I made many new friends exchanging languages in many cultures. they are friendly and polite. Then I have known teachers who will take care of me in school.She provided me with information When i have a problem When i have a question She can help me. she is calm to explain me When I didn't understand, I liked her so much. Then I got to know my friend from mathematics in UMP, she came to see me in the afternoon. She provided information that I needed to teach in school. Give me a textbook file. Explain the condition of children. And in school life and in the UMP, she was very cute. In the evening while I was eating dinner in my dorm Someone asked me to go to the store with me. I have explained to him. When he came back, he had a gift for me. He was very kind. He was nears my room. And I think food in today is the best than past day I love spicy taste !!! If I have a problem or I don't understand with anything. My buddy can explain to me. they're so cute, so nice and so calm for me. I think they're best friends for me. I love them!!!
at noon I received a gift from my roommate. she is as cute as my buddy. I love her too!!!
Aug 4 , In the morning I went to the Education Faculty Building. I went to the math department. I introduced myself with the head of the mathematics department. the people in this group are very kind. They have snacks for me which I likevits. Then student of mathematics department took me to visit the buildings. They have introduced me about food, fruit, snacks, beverage, places inside and outside the building in UMP and bahasa language. At first I didn't understand her because they talk fast so I told her to slow down then we adjust to each other.
They're very clever that they explain me what I don't understand. thankfully for everything everytime everyone for help me.
I love UMP.
August 5, is my holiday. Today is good weather. I feel cold. In the evening I got to The park near UMP. I have fed fish The fish are very big more than Thailand. Then I go to "Java Heritage" seeing playing the game and buy some foods. I feel funny and happy so much.

August 6, In the morning I went the main office of the UMP. Then I went to school by my coordinator's car. Afternoon I had lunch here. The food here is spicy but very tasty. I like it. Then I went to the classroom to meet students in grade7. I think they were so excited when I went to observe the teaching. They try to communicate with me. It's so nice and so cute. finally my buddy she is random name of buddy for me because before we have 3 people's buddy together. they are so cute. they take a picture and send name of buddy to me.><'

August 7, Today I observed the teaching of the 7th grade students class F B D.
In the morning I went to buy snacks with teacher, she paid me. And other teachers have snacks and food for me all day. They are very kind to me, I love them. In the afternoon I went to the music room. I think about teachers, students and places in SMP must give me a very good experience.
Tomorrow I will teach the first day. Taught mathematics in English I'm so exciting Today is preparing for tomorrow. I hope it's a good day.
August 8, In the morning, I began teaching the first day of seventh grade. It was my first time teaching English. I have teaching materials for students to fold half of the paper. Show that in paper it is a fraction of paper. However, it seems that students don't understand the English vocabulary in some words. In the afternoon, student grade VII G I solved the problem by writing vocabulary in both Indonesian and English, giving the students more understanding. From the experience I observed, my teaching thought that the students here, room VII A student, this room is very cute. I just pretend to keep quiet. Children will be quiet for less than 5 seconds, but 7G students will have more chaos in the classroom. Children will be quiet around 20 - 30 seconds.
But I like them both. I think this is the nature of the child <3
August 9, In the morning I have taught 7D students room. This room almost everyone is interested in what I teach but room 7B had some boys students who haven't concentrated what I teach them. However class 7B almost cute girl is determined to focus on what I teach. <3
During break break in the morning, teacher's SMP took me to explore and buy food beside school. And introduce about types of food. In the afternoon, I went to lunch with the teacher of SMP. she is very kind to me He takes care of me as well as her family. I am thankful for everything that is given to me. I love SMP.

August 10, The head of this school is talking about the events activities teaching learning etc. in morning of every day. Today SMP has walk rally activities but haven't learned in the classroom. However Teacher took me to buy desert its called Bahasa language is "Pisang Leleh" I think very delicious. I like its. And in the morning she bought milk given to me because I'm tell her I like milk in yesterday. she's very kind for me. she taken me about everything. Then I necessary to move room in my dorm it's the second time because the room was used by faculty geography and filled with national olympiad in UMP.

August 11, In the morning I have come to the math department I have tried dessert I like its, I think it is similar to egg tart of Thailand Today we discuss about teaching, Materials for teaching, the content, process, preparation, then we went to buy teaching materials. And eat lunch together. I like this beverage very much the name is "jeruk nipis" similar lime juice.#Yasinta #Desi
August 12th, Today I went to the serayu river. There had the serayu festival. There were various folk plays on the floor and on the boat. Today I was on a boat that he managed to show on the boat. Rather there are songs that sound loud. The people around the river looked at us on the boat. As if we were stars on the boat. Then Local news agency interviewed me. At afternoon The caretaker took us to his home. He take my lunch its very tasty. Then we went back to the car but have accident in front of us so the traffic jam. In the evening we went to a Muslim clothing store. I went to dinner with my buddy. @ Serayu River
August 13th, In the morning I had to observe the students at the playground. Which is quite far from the SMP school we walked to the playground with the students. Today there are sports activities for students. There are many local sports such as tug-of-war, Eyes closed hite water , Then we went back to school. and I visit to Nursing mother who his baby is very cute.
August 14th, In the morning have Scouting Ceremony. Today for students activities that interest of them . I went to observe a group of music students which have Angklung and guitar with sing a song. Then I went near school with the students. They are introduced the food to me. In tthe afternoon my students give Milo milk to me. ><' @ Smp Muhammadiya 1 Purwokerto
August 15, In morning, There are competitions for students in each room, such as singing, dancing, folk performances. SMP Teacher room are many bakery. In the afternoon I went to MORO mall which product price is quite equal to Thailand. Today I went to dance with 9th grade students and went to eat desert.

August 16, first day go to SMP with go-jec by myself. SMP has greetings between teacher and student each morning. Then the students and teachers of SMP went to walk around SMP for about 5 km. It's so far!! Then there are games for students and teachers, which is a local game. One foot tied the rope. When you lift up to eat crackers. It's a very fun game. In the afternoon, I went to the math department in the UMP to discuss about my teaching materials. @ Smp Muhammadiya 1 Purwokerto
August 17, Today is independent day had a celebration. therefore SMP school hadn't teaching. My first day I met friends from Philippines. I ever talk with them before they are coming here. I helped them for contact my coordinator. Today is my first time tried drum and play Angalung. In the afternoon, 9th grade students invited me to Rita mall. I like chicken Taiwan in there. In the evening, I came back to prepare a lot of teaching materials. I slept at 1.00a.m.

August 18, morning I went to the math department for discuss My teaching materials about "What is the best thing for a student?" Then I came back to revise my teaching materials for the best material to students. Today I slept in the morning of another day again at 3 a.m.
August 19, I went to Baturaden waterfall for rafting and climbing. Actually, I'm afraid of height. Fear of swimming because I don't have swimming skills. However I think when I got opportunities so I should try it though I'm afraid it. Finally, I did it quite well. I'm very proud to my actions it's my firstime to do it Although it isn't the best for another people But I intend to do it for my best.
August 20, Today's my firstday will be evaluated from mathematics department teacher. I'm so excited. 7A class is my first class for today. every classroom I review knowledge about Introduction fractions which I taught it in last week. I find every classroom they can remember what I taught. I am very proud of them. in (7G) class I use kahoot! for test them. the most of them can choose correct answers. But In the last classroom(7G) when I taught I feel sad Because there is a problem with the device computer plugged into a remote projector. I should edit this accidents so I change my lesson plan. I taught addition and subtraction with butterfly on whiteboard appear that 4 groups from 5 groups were get score 14-15/15 It's have only one group didn't finished of answer thay can do it correctly But it isn't enough time for another answer. Though I will feel very tired. But I feel glad ,very happy and proud of them.

August 21, actually, I must be go to math department to discuss my evaluation but they are busy. So I went to help my friend for make Thai dessert is Luk-Shup. And students do it themselves. When activities finished I discussed with student's early childhood faculty UMP talk about cultural religion food learning lesson teaching difference between Thailand and Indonesia.
August 22, In the morning, I visited Thai student's house living in Indonesia. I met and made new friends. They are cute and very kind. We had eaten breakfast at this house. In the afternoon they took me out to Rita mall for activities. In the evening, We went to The village. Then I went to their house again. They cooked Thai food. it's very delicious. I am very happy. ><' #ThaiFriends
August 23, the morning,I went to the English department to get the assessment form. Then returned my dormitory for made Luk-Shup as a souvenir to the math department, the English department and childhood department. the Afternoon, I went to wkwk with 9th grade student for my lunch. I like cheese in WKWK. my student give Milo to me. In the evening, I have a beef's BBQ party with the sea-teacher project friends
August 24, is my free day. In the morning, I got a video call for study with friends in Thailand. Afternoon, I went to buy souvenirs with Buddy. And Buddy bought batik dress to me. She is very cute. #Nina #myBuddy><'
August 25, In the morning, Math department to take me to the baturaden waterfall again. I feel very happy. I tried to bike bicycle on rope high. actually I feel scared about high. but I think it's good experience. In the evening I went to the festival at Alan Alan.
August 26. In the morning, I went to the big aquarium. There are fish from the Amazon River. Its length is 2-3 meters. It's bigger than me. I think it might eat my whole body. Then I took a survey on boat in this aquarium. In the evening I visited daughter's lecturer birthday party. He took care of dinner for me. Everything he gave me was so delicious.#PurbayasaAquarium
August 27, is my last day in Indonesia. In the morning I had the farewell party and got a certificate from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworkerto. Then go to school, meet my students and teachers here. Unfortunately I feel so sad because today is last time in Indonesia. I fall in love at SMP1 Muhammadiyah purworkerto and UMP. I feel want to stay here more. I will not forget this great experience. #TheBestExperience
August 28, I haven't slept since yesterday. I prepared to go to Singapore. Around 0.30 a.m. I left dormitory to the airport take time around 5 hours. I was crying again to know that it's last time in here. I will don't forget people at Indonesia. Then I traveled from Indonesia to Singapore I went to explore various places in Singapore. It's so beautiful place.
